Warranty

What do I do if the product has defects? How do I claim warranty?
We’re not perfect but trying to do our best. Sometimes it’s not enough and mistakes can happen.

However, if there are any material or manufacturing defects in the product you’ve purchased, we’ll immediately take care.

10-year Warranty
X-BIO warrants for 10 years all the products purchased as a new against defects in manufacturing and materials.

This warranty is valid only after the expiration of the return window by X-BIO.

The warranty is valid only to the original purchaser who is indicated as the first purchaser on the sales receipt or invoice and who has purchased the product as a new.

The proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice) is mandatory, so please keep it.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

In case your product is found to have manufacturing and material defects, your product will be replaced, or you will receive a prorated refund. Only the defective piece will be repaired or replaced.

Not Warrantable Defects
If the product is corrupted, outer cover and/or tags are removed and/or the product is inappropriately used, the warranty is no longer valid.

The increase in softness in the form that can occur during normal usage is not a warrantable defect.

Likewise, the deterioration of the foam that results in an indentation of less than 1.5 inches, not caused and/or linked to sag in the box springs, is not covered by the warranty.

Indeed, the use of improper foundations, platforms, and bases upon which the mattress is placed which may result in damage to the product, will void the warranty.

The warranty is no longer valid if the purchaser has tampered or misused the product beyond reasonable wear and has, intentionally or not, physically damaged the product.

The damages include burns, cuts, water damage, mold, stains, abnormal or unsanitary soils.

Using a heating pad or an electric blank with a memory foam mattress will void the warranty.

The purchaser has the responsibility to protect the mattress with a stain-resistant pad
