100 Night Trial

What Is Return And Refund Policy? 
We offer a 100 night-trial to test them. Within that time frame if you are not satisfied – we’re sorry to hear it – you can contact us for return and refund. 

(No) Return Instructions
If you are not satisfied with one of our X-BIO mattresses, our advice is to donate them to a non-profit organization such as info@x-bio.us since they generally offer free local pickups. 

Any organization you decide to donate to is fine so long as you get proof of donation or a receipt. Once you’ve it, send it, together with the proof of purchase, to info@x-bio.us so we can start the refund process. 

You can also decide to dispose of the product at local mattress disposal or a recycling center. Even in this case be sure to get a disposal receipt, together with the address and the contact information of the disposal center and/or photos of the product being retrieve from you. 

Then, send everything, together with the proof of purchase, to XXXXXX to start the review process. 

Refund Time 
Refunds will be paid within 2-5 working days to the original form of payment.
